The Draycott is a revival collection of ten individual apartments just off London’s iconic Sloane Square. As lead Consultant B3R provided full design services for the scheme from initial concept to completion on site.

The project has been delivered via construction management, with B3R working closely with carefully selected craftsmen and subcontractors capable of providing the high level of workmanship and bespoke delivery.
