Having made their name at Arup Associates, Foggo Associates, Circus Architects and Michael Aukett Architects, the directors of MAA formed B3R Architects in November 2015.

The practice was born of a belief in architectural values and an architectural service that is focused on our clients’ requirements. Our simple contention is that both architect and client are best served by a process that ensures that the same people who sketch the first concepts then see the project through to its ultimate conclusion. Not only does this ensure clear design ownership within the practice, it also ensures continuity of personnel for the client - allowing greater clarity of communication and simple lines of responsibility.We provide architectural and masterplanning services and specialise in the commercial office, retail, leisure and residential sectors. Our experience and skill set allows us to design both complex, mixed use schemes, that often form part of a wider urban regeneration in city and town centre locations, along with smaller scale developments that have a very different set of requirements.
