B3R have broad experience in the design and delivery of housing and housing-led mixed-use developments that are brought forward, either by the private sector and or in partnership with the public sector, to deliver new homes in Greater London and across the UK.
 
Our experience varies in type and scale from the single building to a block, a street or neighbourhood and includes both suburban and urban contexts. We are able to use and integrate our knowledge of sustainable design with; housing, commercial, retail and leisure uses to ensure that we provide innovative, commercially-grounded and sensitive solutions to any development site and in which environmentally responsible design has been integrated from the concept .
